Final Call
By
Marvin X
Declaring his Savior's Day speech would be his
last, the Honorable Louis Farrakahn concluded his talk by saying
he had done all he could for the so-called Negro and America, it
was now time for the wrath of God to reveal itself. Early on in
his lecture, he commented on the failure of all religions,
including Islam, Judaism and Christianity, to purify themselves of
white supremacy,. They all have abrogated their duty to teach the
"full Gospel."
Many years ago I asked him in a conversation at
his Chicago office, "Why do these religions make slaves of
believers?" On Sunday he claimed they make slaves because of
corruption at the top. The religious leaders have hijacked the
righteous teachings of Moses, Jesus, and Muhammad -- thus making
them an instrument of terrorism and imperialism. He called Bush a
Christian terrorist and although he admired Colin Powell and
Condoleezza Rice, he said the two lacked "the full
Gospel," and were being used as spokespersons for evil.
If this is indeed his last speech due to health reasons or
whatever, the so-called Negro will suffer a serious void in
leadership. Perhaps it will force him to stand up and do for self,
especially if the "Savior" came in 1930 and the
so-called Negro has yet to heed his message.
Farrakhan's greatest triumph was his greatest failure: bringing
the million black men together. Because of religiosity, he was
unable to hold them together and forge a mighty army for freedom,
justice and equality. If Farrakhan had a million man army, similar
to the North Korean million-man army, every politician in the
world would bow down, billions of dollars would be on the table of
the so-called Negro because he would represent an absolute power
in the world.
America is more afraid of North Korea's
million-man army than it is of the regime's nuclear weapons.
Imagine a million black men marching in unity, unafraid of death
but determined to fight for life, liberty, peace and justice. He
warned the people to be very careful if and when war breaks out.
Homeland Security is designed to crush any violent opposition. I
would add that there is no need for violence if a million black
men would stand in unity and combine their efforts with other
freedom loving Americans in a non-violent, disciplined force for
radical change in America.
Farrakhan is a master teacher, perhaps because he was a master
student of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad and Malcolm X. Because of
health reasons, he may need to depart the public scene for a
while, if so, he will be sorely missed and urgently needed as
darkness descends upon America. But the Honorable Elijah Muhammad
raised thousands of truth teachers, let them step to the front of
the line and represent.
